Ryder Cup 2016 – your invitation

Lilleshall’s Ryder Cup is the biggest tournament event in the golf clubs calendar, running at the same time as the Ryder Cup in Hazeltine, USA, open to 132 men and ladies on a first come, first served basis.

When is it? – Fri 30th Sept to Sun 2nd Oct
Our Ryder Cup runs over the same three days of golf and with the 6 hour time difference means you can play and then watch all the action live on TV.

What’s the format?
The Ryder Cup format is used with foursomes (alternate shot), fourball (best score from two) and singles played on consecutive days with great prizes for longest drive, nearest the pin and others each day.
Players will be appointed both an earlier and later tee time on Fri and Sat with further appointed times on Sun.

What will it cost?
For a whole weekend of golf and entertainment it’s great value at just £120, to include:

> 3 Glenmuir shirts (typically £30+)

> Dinner on Thursday with renowned comedian and speaker Ian Irving (http://www.topcomic.co.uk/#!biograhpy/cwkl) who has worked with the best and graced The London Pallidum and Her Majesty’s.

> Meal on Friday

> Fri and Sat, celebrated local magician Max Jacklin will bewilder and enthral you with his tricks up close and personal around the clubhouse and at your tables.

> Dinner on Saturday

> Saturday night party night with live music and dancing from award winning singer Chris King (http://www.chrisking.biz/index.html) who sings from Rock ‘n’ Roll to Rat Pack and everything in between making it a great night for the players and a chance to bring wives, husbands and partners along for a great night out.

> Meal on Sunday, prize giving, team photo’s and watch the Ryder Cup

It’s a great sporting, friendly and fun weekend of golf and entertainment with the course at its very best, tee and hole sponsors, tee surrounds and flags everywhere.

Players requiring buggies should contact the pro shop as some single seat and double buggies are available and pairings, tee times and teams will aim to suit individual players as far as.
